Last of My NS Pics

I think the 3rd photo is definitely one of my favorites.
It makes it look so dark but so, so beautiful.

These are the last of my photos from Nova Scotia that I edited.
That means I need to start actually finding inspiration and taking photos in my homelands!
More later!

I Love Nova Scotia

When I look at these photos, they really don't even do our journey along the Cabot Trail justice. It really was such a breathtaking experience taking that drive. It makes me sad that some people feel they have to leave Canada in order to experience such spectacular beauty when that's simply not the case. To be honest, it took this trip for me to realize that.

Today at work was really fun. We had a Halloween work party where lots of people brought a spooky dish (I just brought homemade peanut butter cups..so good) and dressed up. There were prizes, of course. I don't know if I'll win anything as there was some very creative costumes there. I went as a zombie pirate. I'm off work now and just relaxing before we have to hand out Halloween treats to the kids. I think we'll also watch a Halloween movie. It's funny because last night when I was lying awake in bed, I realized we completely forgot to carve pumpkins this  year. Oops!

Peggy's Cove II

Second batch of Peggy's Cove photography!!!

I only have a few more pics to show after these!
I hope everyone has great plans for the weekend.

Thanks for reading and HAPPY HALLOWEEN!

Peggy's Cove Part I

Here's the first set of photos from Peggy's Cove..
Absolutely miraculous!
I loved how rocky the coast line was. My only "complaint" was how busy it was.. we went on a weekday afternoon. I didn't expect it to be packed.
If you're ever in the area, I highly recommend spending a morning or afternoon in Peggy's Cove and then driving to Lunenburg!

Lunenburg, Nova Scotia

Lunenburg was by far my favorite town in Nova Scotia.
The history was fascinating, the sights were beautiful and the food was delicious!
I loved how in these small villages almost every building had bright colours. Nova Scotia sure has some colourful towns!

While visiting Lunenburg, we ate at a restaurant called the Rum Runner where I had probably the most delicious gourmet grilled cheese of my life! It's kind of depressing coming home to hardly any food choices. So sad!
